• Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes to monitor and ensure product quality at every stage of manufacturing and across all company functions.

• Lead and manage the quality inspection team, providing guidance, training, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure team effectiveness and growth.

• Establish and maintain quality assurance standards, inspection methods, and acceptance criteria in compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and customer requirements.

• Investigate, address, and respond to customer complaints related to product quality, documentation, or compliance.

• Develop and deliver quality-related training programs to improve employee understanding of quality standards, inspection requirements, documentation practices, and compliance expectations.

• Establish, monitor, and report key quality performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of quality control processes and identify trends.

• Ensure calibration requirements are maintained and that inspection tools, gauges, and equipment are current, accurate, controlled, and used properly.

• Participate as a key member of the Leadership Team, supporting quality compliance, company objectives, strategic goals, and organizational values.

• Serve as a practical, hands-on quality resource for production, inspection, engineering, purchasing, and leadership teams.
