Role Description The Insulation Installer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Minneapolis, MN. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing job sites, loading and unloading materials, and installing insulation in walls, attics, and other areas according to company standards and building codes. The installer will operate tools and equipment safely, follow detailed instructions and project plans, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. The role involves interacting with customers in a professional manner, explaining basic aspects of the work being performed, and respecting the property at all times. The Insulation Installer will also assist with basic maintenance of equipment, adhere to safety protocols, and support the installation team to complete projects on time. Qualifications Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, working in confined spaces, and operating insulation tools and equipment safely. Basic construction or home improvement experience, with familiarity in measuring, cutting, and using hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow installation procedures, building codes, and safety guidelines. Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a customer-focused approach and professional conduct on job sites. Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Minneapolis area and a valid driver’s license when required for company vehicles. Willingness to learn proprietary insulation products and methods, and to participate in ongoing training.
